Blake Federinko began his academic journey at Clark College, where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in 2012. During his time at Clark College Blake also served on the Board of Directors as a Student Representative. He then attended Washington State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a focus on Investments and Market Analysis in 2014. Upon completing his education, Blake launched his career in the Investment Division of MAJ Commercial Real Estate.

Throughout his career, Blake has successfully closed over Half a Billion Dollars in Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Blake specializes in Triple Net (NNN) and Multi-Family Investment Sales, 1031 Exchanges, and Tenants in Common Transactions. In addition, Blake also has completed numerous Landlord/Tenant Representation assignments and has worked with various nationally recognized Tenants such as, 7-Eleven, Dutch Bros, Five Guys Burger and Fries, MOD Pizza, Chipotle, Sherwin Williams, Banfield Pet Hospital and more.

Leveraging his firsthand experience in personally owning a diverse real estate portfolio, encompassing various local and national Net Leased and Multi-Family Investments, Blake offers unparalleled representations to his clients. His in-depth industry knowledge and practical approach empower him to consistently achieve outstanding results.

As an engaged member of ICSC, the global trade association of the shopping center industry, Blake continually expands his industry expertise and network.
