Dirty Hands Brewing Co. – Grand Opening Nov. 9th!

Dirty Hands Brewing Co. is a maker of craft beers based in Downtown Vancouver, WA.  The brewery/taproom is located in the historic former Columbian Newspaper building.  It is the fulfillment of a dream shared by two chemists, Grant Merrill and Phil Chou, who love the science and art of brewing.  We hope to apply our collective experience in the beer, wine, and biotech industries to hand craft the greatest tasting and highest quality beer in the land.  Balance will also be a key component of how we make beer.  The hallmark of this philosophy is to craft beers that highlight the key flavors of a given beer style, while still being highly drinkable.  Also, given our Pacific Northwest location, our goal is to source as much of our brewing materials from this region of the country.

Initially, the beer lineup will include amber, India Pale Ale, wheat, brown, and stout beers.  Seasonal beers will also be available throughout the year.  All of our beers will be served in our taproom and growlers will also be available for purchase.  In addition to our beer offerings, Dirty Hands will also be serving food.  The menu items will vary periodically, but will always include soups, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. We would also like to thank Brett Irons with Coldwell Banker Commercial for assisting with the leasing of this location.

The Dirty Hands Brewing Co. taproom will be open Mon, Thurs-Fri 3-11, Sat 11-11, and Sun 11-10.
