The 25th Anniversary, Relay for Life of Vancouver

Kristin Ashenfelter of Coldwell Banker Commercial will spend 24 hours at Columbia River High School this Saturday through Sunday to raise money for The American Cancer Society. Kristin first joined the Relay for Life of Vancouver in 2007 and has also attended a Relay event in California. This year Kristin serves the planning committee as the Online Chair. Her team is called the Cancer Crushers, and they are close to meeting their goal of $1,500.

Relay for Life is a 24 hour walking event that celebrates survivors and honors those who have lost their fight with Cancer. This year marks 25 years of fundraising  in Vancouver. The public is invited to visit the event to enjoy music, enter raffles, eat delicious food, and raise awareness. Join them at 10:00 pm for the luminaria lap, a silent lap around the track lit only by luminaries to honor family and friends affected by Cancer.
