Gordon D. Lewis has been with MAJ Commercial Real Estate since 1986 and has been in the industry since 1972. Gordon’s parents were both real estate brokers. For the last twenty years Gordon has been selling and leasing commercial real estate with an emphasis on land sales for residential, industrial and commercial site development. Gordon received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University in Pullman in 1977 which included working on a research project for the Washington State Department of Licensing on “The Coordination of Real Estate Education in Washington’s Community Colleges.”

Gordon has helped site many churches (including one synagogue), schools, retail centers, office buildings, and residential subdivisions. 2012 closings included a 46-lot platted residential subdivision, 23 finished residential lots, and 3 Acres of R-22 apartment land. Current sales include a 15,000 sq. ft. office building, 5 acres of commercial land and a 1.85 acre office site. Utilizing the latest data from CoStar, Loopnet, and the Clark County GIS, Gordon can prepare quick and accurate reports of the estimated current value of undeveloped land parcels in Clark County.
