Matthew J. Peters is a very genuine, honest, smart, and hardworking individual that is driven to succeed in all aspects of life. He ventured into real estate in 2005 following his graduation from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Matt’s focus was in finance, accounting, and statistics. After college, Matt joined Coldwell Banker Flaskerud Realty and was successful in the residential real estate sector for 7 years. Seeking further professional growth, Matt transitioned to Re/Max Premier group. Always ambitious, he later accepted a position at JHKelly Construction as a purchaser in the electrical department. In 2012 alone, Matt sold 21 homes for Re/Max Premier Group while working a full time position for JHKelly.
At the end of 2012, Matt came across an opportunity that changed his life. Always seeking a direction to help people, Matt accepted the opportunity to work for one of the largest commercial investment brokerages in the nation. Matt specializes in commercial retail shopping centers and high profile net-leased assets in the State of Washington. In his first 6 months out of the corporations training, Matt closed 2 net-leased investments, obtained one multi-tenant shopping center listing, and completed 17 proposals. He has built many lasting relationships with quality people in this business.
In 2013, Matt accepted the opportunity to be a part of Coldwell Banker Commercial offered by Michael A. Jenkins (Owner/Broker/Commercial Developer). It was an easy choice because of his trust in Michael’s knowledge, insight, experience, and genuine nature. It is at Coldwell Banker Commercial that Matt feels his career will reach the next level.
