Holt Distressed Property Fund 2010 LP has purchased 23 lots at Westfield Park at Northeast 55th Street and Northeast 74th Avenue, in Vancouver, from Westfield Park 23. The purchase price was $308,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
