Kat Saenguraiporn and Noom Boonkunchieng, owners of the Thai Orchid restaurant, have purchased the former Koplan's annex with 4,800 square feet of space at 213 W. 11th St., Vancouver, from Koplan Building LLC. The purchase price was $750,000. Bob Bernhardt and Wally Hornberger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller, and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyers. The owners plan to relocate the business in spring 2013.
