Change Global Investment LLC, specializing in emerging market investments, has leased 750 square feet of office space at 416 N.E. Dallas St., Suite 202, Camas, from Barry and Rosie Lutz. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Chevs of the 40s has purchased a 21,000-square-foot office building at 1015 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, from the R.S. Anderson Trust. The purchase price was $1,050,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Bob Bernhardt and Wally Hornberger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

OSA Enterprises has leased 1,530 square feet of office space at 250 Main St., Suite 110, Vancouver, from Vancouver Housing Authority. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant, and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord.

Powell Investment Group has purchased a 2,940-square-foot 7-Eleven building at 5101 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Springbrook Station LLC. Derek Federinko, Steve Mack and Scott Schachterle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller. Derek Federinko also represented the buyer.
