Blake Federinko received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Clark College in 2012. Following his time at Clark College, Blake attended Washington State University where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a specialization in investments and market analysis in 2014.

At a young age, Blake knew that he wanted to be a commercial real estate broker like his father. It was always his plan to obtain his broker’s license following his Bachelor’s Degree. In 2014, he joined his father Derek Federinko in the investment division of MAJ Commercial Real Estate. Together they established a strong network of investors and completed many successful investment transactions.

Blake has completed more than $66 Million Dollars’ worth of Commercial Real Estate Transactions nationally. He has worked with various nationally recognized tenants such as: CVS, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Sherwin Williams, Kroger, Dutch Bros, Panera Bread and much more. Blake specializes in Triple Net (NNN) Investment Sales, 1031 Exchanges and Tenants In Common Transactions.
